Top Tips

1. Pack two days' worth of necessities (spare clothes, food, water, etc.). Since the park is much larger than Disneyland Park, you will need to double the stuff that you would normally pack.

2. Head to the park forty-five minutes before the park opens. This gives you fifteen minutes to go through the security checks as well.

3. Stay at the Grand Californian Hotel. Not only it is one of the resort's iconic hotels, but it also gives you a secret entrance into Disney's California Adventure Park.

4. Join the virtual queue for the World of Color in the afternoon. This will give you better viewing access to this nighttime spectacular.

5. Don't pay for bottled water! All Disney Quick-Service restaurants offer FREE cups of water, as well as there being water fountains located across the Disneyland Resort theme parks to fill up your water bottle.
